Not quite what you had hoped for? No problem! At Balkonstore.nl, you have 30 days to change your mind and we make returns as easy as possible. We won't make things difficult – we're here to help.

You have two options. Choose whichever is easiest for you.

The quickest way

Via our returns portal

Register your return in just a few clicks with your track & trace code (which you'll find in your shipping confirmation). You'll receive a shipping label immediately, for a small fee.

Print the label, stick it on the package, and you're done

With your own shipping label

Buy your own label from a carrier of your choice and send the package to our return address (see below). Put your order number on or in the package.

Always keep your proof of postage and track & trace
Consider shipping with insurance for higher values

Pack your return securely

Preferably use the original packaging, fill any empty space, and take clear photos of the condition of the product and the packaging before shipping.
Drop off your package

Take your package to a parcel shop. As soon as we have received and registered it, we will start the refund.

Return conditions

You have 30 days to change your mind from the date you receive your order.
Please return items in their original condition and packaging (if possible).
Return costs are at your own expense. You can use our returns portal or purchase your own shipping label.
Shipping risk: Until we have received and registered your return, the risk of damage, loss, or missing items lies with the sender.
Please note: Custom-made products, such as balcony screens and custom-sized balcony stickers, unfortunately cannot be returned.
After receipt, you will receive your purchase amount back within a maximum of 14 days – usually much faster!

Use track & trace (and consider shipping with insurance for higher values).

A few more tips

Received something damaged? Just send us an email – we'll sort it out properly.
A product may be inspected as you would in a store, but signs of use may affect the refund.
When returning sets or bundles, always return all parts.
