Privacy

Privacy Statement

No worries – at Balkonstore.nl we handle your data properly. No sneaky sales tactics, no creepy tracking, just properly in accordance with the law (GDPR, hello!). Your privacy is just as well protected with us as your balcony with a balcony blind.

1. Who are we actually?

Name: Balkonstore.nl, part of Inevoweb BV
Address: Grutbroek 30, 7008 AM Doetinchem
Website: balkonstore.nl
Chamber of Commerce number: 83338748
VAT number: NL862834983B01

2. Email? Only when necessary (or allowed)

Ordered? Then we may use your email for updates or a nice suggestion (you can always unsubscribe).
Signed up for the newsletter? Then we will occasionally send you something nice (only with your permission).
Spam? We dislike that just as much as you do – so we don't do it.

3. Mailing address

Only needed to deliver your packages. No fan mail or advertising flyers, promised.

4. Phone number

Only used if we really need to call you about your order. No calls about 'energy deals', so.

5. Other personal data

We only store what is really necessary:

For your order or our service
If the law requires us to
If we have a very good (legal) reason
Or of course: if you say 'yes'

And of course: no longer than necessary. We are not data collectors.

6. No sensitive information

Things like your health, political preference or other private matters? We stay away from those. Only if it really must be, and with your permission.

7. Security – better protected than your balcony

SSL connection (that little padlock at the top of your browser)
Encrypted passwords
Secure systems with updates
Antivirus (because security is no joke)
As little storage as possible, as safe as possible

8. View or delete data?

No problem. Send an email to info@kooprijk.nl and we will help you quickly.

9. Questions or concerns?

Feel free to contact us. No robot, just real people (who also like to sit on the balcony themselves). Reachable via info@kooprijk.nl.

10. Changes

We keep this policy properly up to date. Major changes? Then you will hear from us (unless you don't want to, of course).
